These vacation properties, located in Surf City, New Jersey on Long Beach Island (LBI) offer comfortable, relaxed beach living in a family environment. LBI is an eighteen mile barrier island offering ocean and bay water access. It is easily reached by taking exit 63 on the Garden State Parkway, approximately 100 miles south of New York City, 35 miles north of Atlantic City and 60 miles east of Philadelphia.
